Courage, Camouflage & Commanding Excellence
Twenty-four NCC cadets of SSVM Institutions, accompanied by their Associate NCC Officer, successfully completed the 10-day Annual NCC Training Camp held from 20–29 June 2026 at Rathinam Global University, Coimbatore.
From physical training, parade drills, yoga, and field craft to battle craft, sports, and cultural activities, the camp offered the cadets an authentic glimpse into military life. Living with minimal facilities and following a rigorous routine strengthened their resilience, discipline, teamwork, and leadership while introducing them to camouflage, concealment, and tactical operations.
A standout experience was the weapon training, where cadets mastered the assembly and dismantling of the .22 rifle, learnt weapon safety protocols, and participated in live firing practice, building confidence, precision, and responsibility.
