In contrast to our traditional methods of teaching in schools, teachers in the current era, and in the future should be able to develop a passion for making a positive impact with impartiality in all ranges of student averages in the class. While the educators, on one hand, witness the growth in their students’ psychological well-being, the students will begin to make sure their teachers are happy too. With this culture strongly entrenched in the school, there will be a cycle of happiness from the teacher to student and vice-versa.
